Birth Doula
Non medical support and assistance to clients in the hospital, birth center, or at home. during labor and birth of their child and initial lactation support within a couple hours after the birth if desired.
Childbirth Classes
I teach the complete Bradley Method childbirth series. Offering both private and small group classes in my home. I offer virtual classes as well. When clients are short on time (meaning your due date is within 6 weeks of starting classes) I am open to teach a hybrid childbirth preparation class. Based on my knowledge and experience of being a Bradley instructor (It is not to be considered a Bradley Class)

Lactation
Lactation support can take place in the hospital, in your home, in my home, or even virtually. I can help establish breast feeding, Correct latch issues, assist with milk transfer problems.
